Orders & delivery
We pack and post every order with Royal Mail on the next working day (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.
Every order is posted with Royal Mail Tracked on the next working day. Standard delivery (Tracked 48) usually takes 2 to 3 working days after posting and costs £3.99, or it's free on mainland UK orders over £25. Express (Tracked 24) usually takes 1 to 2 working days and costs £4.99.
Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man: £3.99. Jersey and Guernsey: £5.99.
Yes. We ship to Ireland, every EU country, Norway and Switzerland with Royal Mail International Tracked, usually arriving 5 to 10 working days after posting. Shipping is charged at cost and the exact price is shown at checkout before you pay. As a guide, a single bundle costs £9.49 to Ireland and £10.99 to most EU countries.
If your country isn't available at checkout, email info@ventusfc.com and we'll see what we can do.
Orders going outside the UK are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid. Depending on your country, you may be asked to pay import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee when your parcel arrives. These are set by your local authorities and carrier, aren't included in your order total, and don't come to us.
You'll get a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking link as soon as your order is posted. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam or junk folder.
If your UK order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (or 14 working days for international orders), email info@ventusfc.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Email info@ventusfc.com as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't been posted yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's with Royal Mail, you can send it back under our returns policy instead.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout.
Returns
You can return anything within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days.
Our products are worn against the skin, so worn or washed items can't be resold. If something comes back worn within the first 14 days, we'll reduce the refund to reflect that, which can be up to the item's full price. Bundles need to be returned complete, including any free gift. Faulty items are always covered. Read the full returns policy.
Fill in our returns request form, or email info@ventusfc.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address, and you then have 14 days to post them back.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Within 14 days of us receiving your return (or of you showing us proof of postage), back to your original payment method. If you return a whole order within 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery cost. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Bundles are sold as one product, so they need to come back complete, including any free gift. If the free pair isn't returned, we deduct its full price from your refund. If you return some items from a multi-buy, the saving no longer applies to the ones you keep, so we refund what you paid minus their full price. If one item in a bundle is faulty, we'll just replace that item.
The quickest way is to return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Sorry about that. Email info@ventusfc.com with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you can have a full refund; after that we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't. We cover the return postage.
The products
Pro-Grip Socks and Pro-Cut Sleeves are one size, with a stretch fit made to suit most adult players. If a sleeve feels a bit big, fold the bottom over or stretch it less, keeping the holes at the back of your calf. Stealth Guards measure 5cm x 8cm.
Core has no calf openings, for a classic clean look. Aero has three openings at the back of the calf for extra airflow. Both are pre-cut top and bottom, so no scissors needed either way.
The Laws of the Game say shin guards must be covered by your socks, but they don't set a minimum size. Some leagues, competitions or referees have their own rules, so check with yours if you're not sure.
Stealth Guards are low-profile, light protection that sits under your sleeve. If you want maximum protection, go for a full-size guard.
SockLock is a reusable silicone strap that goes over the top of your sock and sleeve. It holds them together so nothing slips down during the match.
Foundation Bundle: Pro-Grip Socks and a Pro-Cut Sleeve (Core or Aero).
Match Bundle: the Foundation setup plus SockLock.
Baller Bundle: Pro-Grip Socks, a Pro-Cut Sleeve, Stealth Guards and SockLock, plus a free extra pair of Pro-Grip Socks.
Grip socks first, then slide in your Stealth Guards, pull the Pro-Cut Sleeve over the top, and finish with SockLock. Our step-by-step guide has a short video for each step.

Care
Machine wash warm, ideally turned inside out. Tumble dry on a low heat or leave them to air dry.
Don't use bleach, fabric softener (it leaves a film on the grip that makes it slippery), an iron or dry cleaning.
Wipe them clean or rinse with warm soapy water, then leave to air dry. Don't machine wash them.
