Pro-Cut Sleeves

Sock sleeves are football socks without the foot. You wear them over grip socks to cover your shins and shin pads in your team colour.

Pro-Cut Sleeves come pre-cut top and bottom, in black or white, and in two styles: Core (no openings) or Aero (three vents at the back of the calf).

Core has no calf openings, for the classic full sock look. Aero has three vents at the back of the calf for extra airflow, the look players have been cutting into their own socks. Both are pre-cut top and bottom, so no scissors either way.

Players cut small holes at the back of the calf because a tight sock can feel restrictive around the calf muscle, and the holes let some air in.

Aero Pro-Cut Sleeves have three vents at the back of the calf already cut, so you get the look without cutting up your kit.

So they can wear grip socks. Team socks cover the whole foot, so players cut the foot off and wear the rest as a sleeve over their grip socks.

Yes. The Laws of the Game say anything worn on the outside of your socks, like tape or a sleeve, must be the same colour as the part of the sock it covers. So choose sleeves that match your team socks.

Some leagues and competitions have their own kit rules, so check with yours if you're not sure.

Machine wash warm, ideally turned inside out. Tumble dry on a low heat or leave them to air dry. Don't use bleach, an iron, dry cleaning or fabric softener. Fabric softener leaves a film on the silicone that makes grip socks slippery.

You can return anything within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days. Our products are worn against the skin, so worn or washed items can't be resold. If something comes back worn within the first 14 days, we'll reduce the refund to reflect that, which can be up to the item's full price.
